Don't keep me alive by science
They don't make it easy here to write a 'living will'. I have just jotted a letter saying I don't want to be kept on life support if they can't resuscitate me. Only resuscitate me once and then, if it doesn't work, just let me go, OK? Y'all are my witnesses on this. Date July 12, 2011, time 4:48pm Pacific.

Are you OK?!!!
No, I'm not OK. I had blood clots in my lungs - one went through my heart even, and lodged in the lungs. I have been in the hospital in Reno for 4 days. The care in this place is less than ideal. I don't even know who my doctor is. My lungs are improving, they just did an ultrasound to find out if I have further clots in my legs. My future is very, very uncertain.
